At Nutra Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our nutraceutical products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

2. Condition of Items

  • Unopened Products: Any product may be returned within 10 days if the packaging remains unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.

  • Opened Products: If you have opened the packaging and are not satisfied with the product, please contact our customer care team at +92-317-888-0465. Our agent will guide you through the next steps based on your specific situation.

3. Return Options

We offer two convenient ways to return your products:

  • Option 1: Direct Return (Self-Ship) You can mail your product directly to our facility:

    Nutra Wellness 227-RB, Kararwala, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad.

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the full amount to your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Option 2: Courier Pickup Service We can arrange for our partner courier to pick up the item from your delivery address.

    • Fee: A deduction of Rs. 200 will be applied to cover the return shipping costs.

    • Refund: The remaining balance will be sent to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash after we receive the product at our facility.

4. Damaged or Tampered Goods

If you suspect your product has been tampered with or damaged during transit:

  1. Keep the original product and all packaging materials.

  2. Contact us immediately at +92-317-888-0465.

  3. We will provide specific instructions on how to return the item so we can investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days after the product reaches our warehouse.
